Cheesy!





Our cheese is now ready to seal in cheese wax. Here it's shown partially coated. I did not use any coloring, so my cheese appears to be white.











The wax is a food grade cheese wax that we purchased from a cheesemaking supply company.







The finished product will be stored at around 55 degrees for 2 to 6 months.







It is melted in a pan on the stove - used only for this purpose, and painted on with a natural bristle brush
